Important: BE HIGH LEVEL provides custom digital services (not physical products). Because our work is time-based and often custom-made, refunds depend on the project stage and what has already been delivered.

1) What we sell

2) How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at contact@behighlevel.net with your order details and reason. We may ask for clarification, files, or screenshots to resolve the issue quickly.

3) Refund eligibility (custom services)

  • Before work starts: If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • After work starts: If work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on progress and time spent.
  • After delivery: Once final deliverables are delivered/approved, refunds are generally not available.
  • Revisions instead of refunds: If something is not correct, we will first try to fix it through revisions (where applicable).

4) Non-refundable situations

Refunds are typically not available for:

  • Completed and delivered custom work
  • Work delayed due to missing assets or late feedback from the client
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., paid plugins, ads spend, domain/hosting fees) unless otherwise agreed

5) Advertising spend & third-party fees

If we manage advertising campaigns or use third-party tools, any platform fees or ad spend (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google, hosting, plugins, stock assets) are typically non-refundable once purchased or charged by the third party.

6) Disputes & chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can fix it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can restrict ongoing support while the payment processor reviews the case.

7) Processing time

If a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method. Refund processing time can vary by bank/payment provider.
